Sha of Pride

Players will start with 0 Pride and slowly build towards 100.
At 100, they will gain a massive damage and healing buff but be mind-controlled on the following Swelling Pride.
Players will face different mechanics depending on how much Pride they have.
Upon reaching 30%, Pride is reset by Norushen's death. Raid-wide damage will begin, and a 200-second hard enrage timer starts.
Players will be banished to the Sha realm, leaving a fragment.
They must run a maze in search of Orbs of Light to help the raid defeat their fragment and escape the realm.
Rifts of Corruption spawn periodically that must be soaked by players. After soaking, they cannot soak again for another minute.

Every 25 seconds, Norushen buffs players with Gift of Pride for 20 seconds, making them immune to Pride gain.

Every 25 seconds, Norushen buffs players with Gift of Pride for 20 seconds, making them immune to Pride gain.
Stack up to gain Power of the Titans, which gives increased haste and all damage and healing by 15% for 15 seconds.
Upon reaching 100 Energy, the Sha of Pride will deal massive Shadow damage to all players, giving them 5 pride.
Swelling Pride also has additional effects dependent on the player's current Pride level:
0 to 24: No effect
25 to 49: Bursting Pride - a pool appears at the player's feet that explodes after 3 seconds, dealing massive Shadow damage to anyone within 4 yards. Taking damage from this gives 5 Pride.
50 to 74: Projection - a projection of the players appears 15 yards away that will explode after 6 seconds, dealing moderate Shadow damage to the raid and giving 5 Pride. This can be prevented by the targeted player standing on top of the projection.
75 to 99: Aura of Pride - the player will gain a debuff for 25 seconds that pulses Shadow damage in a 4-yard area and gives 5 Pride.
100: Overcome - Mind controls the player for the rest of their fight, and increases their health by 100%.

Manifestations of Pride are periodically summoned to fight the raid.
They have an interruptable cast, Mocking Blast, that deals moderate Shadow damage to a random player and gives 5 Pride.

AVOID ADD SPAWN
Spawns small Reflection adds at the locations of random players that deal moderate AoE Shadow damage after 2 seconds and give 5 Pride.
Each cast targets players with progressively higher Pride, so those with more Pride are increasingly likely to be chosen. Kill these adds passively.
EVERYONE
UNLOCK THE PRISON
Sha of Pride traps 2 (10-man) / 4 (25-man) players inside titan prisons.
On activation, the prison bursts, dealing moderate Shadow damage and knocking back all players within 12 yards while giving them 5 Pride.
Imprisoned players are stunned, take high Shadow damage every second, and gain 5 Pride per second until freed.
To free a prisoner, other players must stand on the lock's rune.
Stay clear of prisons on activation and assign players to locks immediately.
IN MAZE:
AVOID ADDS
Sends 1 (10-man) / 3 (25-man) player into the Sha Realm, leaving a Corrupted Fragment behind in the Normal Realm.
Players remain banished until their Fragment is killed.
Inside the Sha Realm, players are forced to run forward and navigate a maze in which the walls deal Shadow damage.
Collect Orbs of Light to heal and stack a 25% increased damage debuff on the Corrupted Fragment.
Avoid the little Sha adds, Ethereal Corruption, or be instantly killed.
EVERYONE
SOAK POOLS
Rifts of Corruption spawn throughout the room for the entire fight, periodically dealing Shadow damage to random players and giving 5 Pride each hit.
Players can close a Rift by walking over it, dealing moderate Shadow damage to themselves and anyone within 8 yards.
This applies Weakened Resolve, preventing that player from closing another Rift for 1 minute.
Tanks will gain 5 Pride per melee for 15 seconds after suffering Wounded Pride.
Tanks should swap for the duration.
At 30% health, Sha of Pride becomes Unleashed, killing Norushen.
Norushen casts Final Gift, lowering all players' Pride to 0.
Every 10 seconds until the end of the fight, Sha deals moderate damage raid-wide.
This also gives 5 Pride. This means that after 200 seconds, the whole raid will become Overcome and mind-controlled.
2 (10-man) / 5 (25-man) Players are debuffed with Mark of Arrogance, dealing stacking Shadow damage every second until single-target dispelled.
The dispeller will gain 5 Pride.
Healers should rotate dispels to make sure none reach 100 Pride, and prioritize doing it while affected by Gift of the Titans.
Tanks will gain 5 Pride per melee for 15 seconds after suffering Wounded Pride.
Tanks should swap for the duration.
2 (10-man) / 5 (25-man) Players are debuffed with Mark of Arrogance, dealing stacking Shadow damage every second until single-target dispelled.
