This fight has only 1 phase.
A quarter of the room gets filled with a slowing and damaging Ooze.
Small ooze adds spawn from infected players, they are not tankable and follow their host.
When two small oozes touch each other it creates a big ooze which has to be kited around the room by the off tank.
Proper management of the small ooze is required: when a small add spawns, have the fixated player run to a big ooze to get rid of it.
Kite the big ooze around the room, as they gain damage each time a small ooze merges into it.
When big oozes reach max stacks, they explode, throwing AoEs at every player's feet.
EVERYONE
STAND UNDER THE BOSS.
Every 20s, some pipes will throw big poison pools around the room. Only two sets of pipes can be active at a time.
The poison pools deal damage and slow every player standing in them.
In Normal Mode, you can ignore this ability if all players, except the off tank, are standing under the boss.

Small Ooze and Big Ooze throw poison pools in front of them. They slow and deal damage.
Anyone kiting an Ooze must turn around the room while keeping the Ooze from facing the raid.
Players fixated by a small Ooze must kite their Ooze into the big one.
Failing to do so might drop a pool under the boss, causing a much harder fight if Rotface has to be moved.
EVERYONE
DODGE THE AOE WHEN
THE BIG OOZE EXPLODES
AT 5 STACKS.
Core mechanic of the fight. A player gets a 12s damage inflicting disease that reduces heals by 75%.
Upon expiration or dispell, a small ooze spawns. They cannot be tanked and will fixate their host. The also pulse a 10y AoE.
If two small oozes run into each other, they merge into a big one. If a big ooze is present, merge your small one into it to eventually destroy it.
Debuffs are applied more frequently as time goes by. Manage them quickly to avoid being overwhelmed by them.
Oozes deal AoE damage within 10 yards.
Tanks should kite the big Oozes since their stacking buff makes them not tankable.
Rotface faces a random players and casts a cone of damage.
On Normal Mode, if your raid is standing under the boss, dodging is made easy.
On Heroic, some casters may get hit. Watch out for them. Melees should always dodge the damage.
