Strategy Guide
This fight is split into two phases: the first focused on stacking and spreading, the second a journey across the room while dodging tornadoes.
In Phase 1, the raid will fight Blade Lord from 100% to 20% boss health. Blade Lord will attempt to take down the group by forced stack or spread mechanics.
In Phase 2, Blade Lord will put the raid into a tornado and transport them to the other end of the corridor from himself. Traverse the room while dodging tornadoes to get him down to 10%, upon which he will fly to the other side of the room again.
Repeat the tornado dodging and take him down at the exit.
Blade Tempest is this encounter's Heroic Mechanic. Run away from bladestorm-esque visuals to survive.
Blade Lord will force the raid group to stack or spread depending on the mechanic. Good raid movement is the key to success.
SPREAD OUT
TO AVOID THE BLEED
Blade Lord teleports to a random player, inflicting a 30-second duration Bleed on them and anyone else within 8 yards.
It's imperative that the raid spreads in ranged to prevent the damage from getting out of control.
EVERYONE
SOAK TO SPLIT DAMAGE
A player in the raid will be targeted, made obvious by a Red Arrow above their head.
The whole raid must stack on this player and soak the Unseen Strike, dealing raid split damage and knocking everyone back 15 yards.
Try to aim the strike towards an area with no tornadoes to prevent wombo-combo deaths.
EVERYONE
DODGE TORNADOES
A tornado will spawn in the direction of the Tank, slightly knocking them back. It will then move around the room and must be avoided as it does moderate Nature damage.
Every 60 seconds, Blade Lord increases his damage dealt and haste by 5%. This effect stacks.
A simple Tank swap mechanic, Tanks should be swapping as soon as Overwhelming Assault happens.

The whole raid is put inside a tornado and sent to the farthest corner of the room from where Blade Lord flies to. Travel through the room while dodging the tornadoes at 20% and 10% to end the encounter.
EVERYONE
AVOID TORNADOES AND RUN TO BOSS
At 20% health, Blade Lord traps all players in a mass of tornadoes, moving them to the end of the hall.
The raid must travel across the room while Blade Lord sends tornadoes down the corridor that will send a player careering back towards the start.
Blade Lord will fly to the opposite end of the room again upon reaching 10% health, and players will have to journey through the tornado gauntlet one more time.
Stay together for healing and don't get hit by tornadoes.
