Bring the boss around the room to different Fountains. Fountains spawn different add types and add different mechanics. The boss will be empowered by the two closest ones.

Keep moving the boss around to different Fountains. He gets a buff to that type each time he is empowered by that Fountain.

Heroic Changes

A new mechanic sometimes creates soak circles.

Burning Venom adds apply a raidwide stacking DOT debuff when they die.

Mythic Changes

Malignant Tumors spawn around the room and need to be destroyed by Plague Froth waves.

Siphoning Infection DOT deals more damage.
