This fight has 3 phases, with Phase 1 & Phase 2 alternating until the boss hits 35% HP.
Sindragosa is on the ground during Phase 1 and in the air during Phase 2.

It's recommended for tanks to wear around 255 frost resistance gear.
The frost breath deals a huge amount of damage and frost resistance helps mitigate it.

A heavy-hitting cone in front of the boss. Tanks should have at least 255 frost resistance from gear, flask, enchant, and buffs.
The breath also applies a 50% attack speed and 15% movement speed reduction debuff. It can be removed with Hand of Freedom.
Make sure to rotate strong defensive cooldowns.

RUN AWAY FROM
THE BOSS QUICKLY.
Sindragosa pulls every player to her and starts casting a raid wipe ability.
Once the players are pulled they have 5s to run at least 25 yards from the boss to avoid getting hit.
CASTERS AND HEALERS

MORE THAN 5 TIMES
Every 30s the boss applies a 30s debuff on some casters and healers. When the debuffed player casts a spell, the debuff stacks, and the debuff explodes after 5s without casting.
It deals damage depending on the number of stacks, so avoid going above 3-5 stacks.
Sindragosa inflicts a stacking debuff on melee players when attacked.
The more stacks you have, the more damage you take. To remove this debuff you have to stop attacking for 8s.
It's recommended to pause your attacks around 5-8 stacks.

Sindragosa has a Frost Aura that deals damage every 3s during all the phases.
It deals decent amount of damage and it will keep your healers busy through the fight.
Inflicts AoE damage within 20 yards of the tail. Stay on the flank of the boss and it won't be an issue.
Sindragosa flies away and throws massive AoE.
Use the Ice Tomb to get safe.

The boss marks a few random players and encases them in ice after 7s, dealing 8% of their health every second.
This also hits other players within 10 yards, so stay away from marked players.
The Ice Tombs are used to get out of LoS of the lethal Frost Bomb cast by Sindragosa. Targeted players should spread in a line. (Stack 2 - 2 - 2 on 25m)
Avoid the Frost Bombs, or you will die. After 4 Frost Bombs, Sindragosa returns to the ground. Kill the ice tomb to free the players.
At 35% HP P3 begins. She will no longer fly away.
Sindragosa has the same abilities as P1 and also gains Mystic Buffet and Ice Tomb.

Sindragosa casts a stacking debuff which increases magic damage taken by 15% per stack. You can LoS this to reset the debuff.
The boss also casts Ice Tomb on a random player. The raid has to hide behind it in order to reset the debuff.
Players should LoS whenever they reach ~3 stacks of the debuff.
