With the Caustic Gas mutation, the raid needs to soak (within 25 yards of the boss) a large amount of split damage.
When Primordius has the Ventral Sacs mutation, he deals ticking raid damage every second.
When Primordius has the Volatile Pathogen mutation, he applies a debuff to a random player.
It deals heavy ramping damage and jumps to new targets if dispelled. Must be focus-healed.
With the Acidic Spines mutation, Primordius periodically launches spines that deal splashing damage.
Raid should spread out at least 5 yards apart.

Dispels also take away your helpful buffs.
At 5 stacks, you gain Fully Mutated, letting you deal full damage to Primordius.

Killing Living Fluids sometimes spawns Mutagenic Pools, which are either Red (Mutagenic) or Purple (Volatile).
The red pools give players who touch them buffs up to 5 stacks, which makes them Fully Mutated.
Soaking Red pools beyond 5 stacks gives negative debuffs that need to be dispelled.

The Purple pool spawned by Living Fluids moves slowly towards the boss.
If soaked by a player, it deals heavy damage and gives 1 harmful mutation per second.
If the Purple pool reaches the boss, it heals him for 10% of his max health and increases his current mutation level to the cap.
After soaking 5 helpful mutations, players gain Fully Mutated, allowing them to deal full damage to Primordius by ignoring Mutated Abomination.
