The fight alternates between two phases.
Phase 1 starts on pull and ends when enough players with Bloodied are within 10 yards, which triggers Phase 2.
In Phase 2, the boss fixates on players until a prisoner is freed. He devours the prisoner, powers up his abilities, then returns to Phase 1.
Stay in Phase 1 as long as possible on pull. Use Bloodlust and chain raid cooldowns as his stacks ramp.
The recommended prisoner order is: Akolik > Gorai > Montak
In the second Phase 1, Captive Cave Bats join the fight and must be picked up. In the third, a Starved Yeti spawns and charges around the room.
Thok will also heal when devouring a prisoner.
Salut, je suis Dégno-KirinTor (EU) le traducteur français de Mythic Trap depuis des années. J'ai arrêté d'aider après Manaforge Omega. Je ne sais pas s'ils vont retrouver un traducteur ou une traductrice.
Make sure to position correctly so you don't get hit by his frontal or his tail lash!
Stack up when you need to force P2 transition.

EVERYONE
STACK WHEN YOU NEED P2
Debuff applied when a player drops below 50% health with no direct effect.
When at least 5 (in 10-man) / 15 (in 25-man) players have Bloodied and are within 10 yards of each other, Thok transitions into Phase Two.
Keep players above this threshold as long as possible.
Kite the boss and avoid being frontalled. A Kor'kron Jailer will spawn in this phase and must be killed for a lootable key.
Once the key is obtained, it can be used to free one of the prisoners, Akolik, Gorai, or Montak.
EVERYONE
AVOID FRONTAL
During Blood Frenzy, his move speed will gradually increase, and any players in a small cone in front of Thok will die to Chomp.
EVERYONE
KITE WHEN FIXATED
Thok will fixate on a random player and cannot be tanked.
He should be kited up and down the room by the fixated.
Melee should be extra careful not to be near the boss's potential direction when he uses Fixate again to avoid Chomp.

Captive Cave Bats join the fight during the second Phase One after the second Deafening Screech.
Standard threat table, and should be picked up by a tank.
The Bats will gain Vampiric Frenzy, which deals AoE damage around them and heals them for a portion of it.
Focus them down and use stuns and interrupts where possible to limit healing.

A Starved Yeti spawns during the third Phase One after the second Deafening Screech.
Fixates on random places in the room and charges, doing lethal damage to anyone in its way.
