Make sure to save cooldowns for the winds.

Drop Cysts opposite of marked tunnels

and use them during Winds.

Venomous Surge

Winds

Several players are marked and debuffed. They will drop a Viscous Cyst at their feet when the debuff expires.

This is the mechanic you'll use to solve the Winds.

Touching the Cyst will pop it, knocking all players back and applying a slow.

Players should place these Cysts opposite of the marked tunnels. The goal is to have a Cyst to pop for each Wind push.

Cysts pop on their own after 2 minutes. Make sure to safely pop any extras before they expire so players aren't knocked randomly.

Winds

Heavy Winds push players in a sequence of 3 different directions.

The upcoming Wind sequence is indicated above the wind tunnels around the edges of the room.

These Winds are very strong. You'll use Viscous Cysts, left behind by another mechanic, to stay on the platform.

Sszorak takes 30% increased damage during Winds.

Sszorak's tankbuster is a random, 5 cast sequence of 3 moves.

You can taunt while he is already casting moves.

Ravage is a frontal to point away from the group.

Tempest shoots out tornadoes to dodge.

Ravage is a frontal cone at the tank, dealing massive physical damage and giving a 400% vulnerability debuff.

It does not split damage and should be pointed away from the raid.

Mutilate is a frontal cone at the tank, dealing group soak damage. Point this at the group.

There will be two Mutilates in each Apex Predator sequence.

Tank swap after this happens the first time.

On Heroic, soaking also applies a 500% vulnerability debuff.

You'll need to split the raid into two soaking groups and alternate.

After a short time, you'll be knocked in the direction of your line.

The knock is very strong!

To avoid being knocked off the platform, find someone with an opposite pointing line, and "line up" your lines.

You'll be shoved into each other and cancel the knock.

One player is marked by a large circle. Until you activate it, Sszorak gains rage.

If he reaches full rage, he will enrage.

To activate it, 14 players need to be in the circle.

Once activated players will take some damage and get Virulence.
