Technically, this boss has 2 alternating phases, but the 2nd one is only a very small burst window.
We can treat this as if it were only one phase.
Kite and cleave down the adds that spawn from the flames.
When Magmaw crashes on the ground, have severals players hooking him to the ground to start the burst windows phase.

Some range players must stay further than 15yds of the boss, otherwise he might target some melee players with Pillar of Flames.
Kite and cleave down the parasites that come from those flames, don't let them reach players or you will spawn more.

Lord Nefarius calls down a meteor at a random player location. It deals heavy damage to anyone under the impact and knocks them down.
A Blazing Bone Construct spawns from the impact and ignites flames around it.
Bring the add to the melee of Magmaw and cleave it down.

BEFORE THE EXPLOSION
When the Blazing Bone Construct reaches 20% HP, it prepares to self-destruct.
It inflicts massive damage to all players if it's not killed before the end of the cast.
Focus on the add to avoid the explosion!

KITE THE PARASITES
Magmaw targets a random player and places a fiery zone under them, which turns into a Pillar of Flame. Standing in this knocks you in to the air.
The pillar then explodes, spawning Lava Parasites which infects their target if they reach it, spawning more parasites after 10s.
Ensure to use controls on them and AoE them down!

The boss slams into one half of the room, dealing large amounts of damage and stunning all players caught under him.
This crash also allows players to jump onto his back.

TO CHAIN HIM DOWN
After the boss crashes in half of the room, players can jump onto him and use a hook to chain Magmaw to the spike on the floor.
While Magmaw is impaled by the spike, his exposed head takes 100% increased damage taken for 30s.
This interrupts Mangle on the tank, and no other abilities can occurs until he releases himself.
Use offensive cooldowns to get him as low as you can!
Magmaw targets and deals heavy damage to several players (3 in 10 / 8 in 25).
This is unavoidable, heal through it!
If Magmaw doesn't have a target in his melee range, he enrages, increasing his damage dealt by 100% stacking 10 times.
Always have a tank in melee range!
