Single phase encounter with 2 different dimensions: one with the boss "upstairs" and one with adds "downstairs."
The boss is static in a pool of blood with platforms that surround him. Don't go swimming.
The boss summons adds downstairs that can only be killed by players downstairs. Set up 2 groups to alternate going downstairs.
One half of the raid gets hit by the boss' breath which sends them downstairs. Kill the adds.
You can't interact with players in the other dimension, but you can always see and attack the boss.
Shortly after sending players downstairs, the boss shoots 2 rotating beams on each side of him that slowly turn counter-clockwise.
The beams are lethal upstairs and downstairs. Move around the boss to dodge them.
Most adds downstairs are static. Maneuver the boss upstairs so that the beams start in a position that doesn't prevent downstairs players from killing the adds.
Regularly, all players are marked with a circle that explodes, dealing heavy damage to anyone nearby. Spread out and stop moving.
Split your raid in 2. One half gets hit by the boss' breath to be sent "downstairs" to kill adds.
You have 40s to kill the adds before getting sent back up. If you don't kill them all, the raid will die.
Don't swim in the blood, but do get away from the boss when it does its massive explosion at 100 Energy.

The boss exhales a massive frontal cone. Players hit take heavy damage and are sent "downstairs" to the add dimension for 40s.
You cannot go downstairs twice in a row; the breath will kill you.
Set up 2 balanced groups, each alternating going downstairs. Adds are summoned shortly before each breath.
There are 2 different types of adds downstairs.

Downstairs - Lost Watcher add
There is always 1 Watcher. Drag it near the Harbingers for cleave.
Interrupt the Watcher's cast or it channels a shield onto the boss.
You have 40s to kill all the adds before being sent back up.

Downstairs - Forgotten Harbinger add
There are always 2 Harbingers. They are static and only summon small adds that walk toward the boss.
If they reach the boss, they explode and deal raid-wide damage. Slow, knockback, and kill them before they do.

DON'T AFFECT DOWNSTAIRS GROUP.
DODGE THE BEAMS!
After sending a group downstairs, the boss fires 2 massive beams from each side of him that then slowly rotate counter-clockwise for 20s.
The beams kill all players regardless of the dimension they're in.
Active tank should maneuver the boss so the beams start in a position that doesn't prevent the downstairs group from reaching and killing the adds.

RUN!
At 100 Energy (after the 2nd group comes back up), the boss casts a massive 60y explosion that applies a 10s raid-wide DoT and kills players who are hit by the explosion.
Run away and don't stand in the blood.
After each Goresplatter, Harbinger add downstairs are summoned more spread from one another. and also deals 10% extra damage.
