This encounter rotates between two phases.
Players start in the Reality realm. Soak Alndust Upheaval to split damage and go to the Rift realm where adds spawn.
Killing adds is priority number one! They'll buff and heal the boss if they live too long.
Soaking Alndust Upheaval will give you a debuff. Make two designated groups to alternate soaking!
Use the new dispellable debuff to help clear puddles and keep the room clean.
Players pulse damage to nearby allies who are in the opposite realm. Stay away from the other group!
Two players in the Rift realm will be debuffed and take massive damage. You'll designate players to help resolve this with a realm swap.

Split your raid in 2 groups to deal with the adds in both realm.
When adds loose their shields they leave a puddle.
Clear this puddle by getting dispelled on top of it.
EVERYONE
Create two groups.
Stay away from the opposite group.
Players pulse massive damage to nearby allies who are in the opposite realm. You'll want to split into two "realm" groups and move around the room close together with your group. Each group should stay away from each other.

Soak every other soak
with your assigned group.
Soak circle that targets the current tank. Players who soak are sent to the Rift realm where Manifestation adds spawn.
On Heroic, soaking gives players Rift Vulnerability that increases damage taking from soaking by 600%.
Players can't soak twice in a row. Alternate between two soak groups.

Target the manifestations.
Chimaerus deals pulsing, raid-wide nature damage and begins to spawn Manifestation adds in the Rift realm.

Break the adds' shields
so Reality realm can finish them off.
Adds spawn with an absorb shield. When their shield is broken, adds are sent to the Reality realm, leaving behind a puddle that slows and damages anyone inside.
Everyone
Move out of the raid if debuffed.
Stand on the debuffed players if you are assigned.
2 players in the Rift are debuffed, dealing damage to nearby players and taking massive increasing damage themselves. A player from Reality can stand on top of a debuffed player to save them.
These players will swap realms, ending the debuff.
Designate a space away from the raid for these debuffed players to stand, and designate players who will save them.
One debuff will always be on a healer, so make sure a healer swaps with them!
Everyone
Move onto puddles to get dispelled.
Several players are given a dispellable debuff. When dispelled, the player will explode in a 10yd AoE, destroying all puddles (Alndust Essence) around them.
Allies inside the explosion will take damage and be knocked back.
Use this mechanic to clear puddles.
Tank
Avoid the frontal cone
Tankbuster in a large frontal cone. Deals massive physical damage, applies a short bleed, and knocks back any players hit.
Everyone
Raid damage and knockback.
Make sure adds are dead
before the channel ends.
At 100 energy, Chimaerus channels for 10s, dealing raid-wide pulsing damage.
At the end of the channel, everyone is knocked back and all remaining adds are Eaten.
Phase 2 begins after this.
On Mythic, the boss will cast Alndust Upheaval before phasing.
Healer
Heal through
Chimaerus applies a raid-wide nature DoT for 12s.
Each add applies a raid-wide healing absorb when it spawns.
Raid-wide fear and nature damage. Interrupt this!
Single target nature damage on a random player. Interrupt when possible.
Colossal Horrors deal raid-wide physical damage when they spawn. Each cast applies a stacking debuff, increasing damage taken from the next cast by 10%.
Three-hit tankbuster. Heavy physical with additional nature damage.
Each add applies a raid-wide healing absorb when it spawns.
