Single Phase encounter with a lot of adds. Adds need to die before reaching the center of the room.
Bring the boss around the room to different Fountains. Fountains spawn different add types and add different mechanics. The boss will be empowered by the two closest ones.
Keep moving the boss around to different Fountains. He gets a buff to that type each time he is empowered by that Fountain.
A new mechanic sometimes creates soak circles.
Burning Venom adds apply a raidwide stacking DOT debuff when they die.
The ideal sequence is probably Fire, Blood, Shadow.

Move boss to the Fountains
you want to activate.
The room has three Fountains: Fire, Blood, and Shadow.
Each Imbibe cast, Vashnik is empowered by the 2 closest ones, gaining new abilities.
When activated, a Fountain does hit of raidwide damage.
Different adds spawn from each Fountain when active.
Everyone
Kill the extra adds when it splits.
Clotting Venom adds move very slowly but cannot be crowd controlled.
They split into more adds when they die.

Soak to help the debuffed player.
Several players are marked by a circle and debuffed with a DOT and massive healing absorb.
They take 100% reduced healing, but leech health from nearby players.
Help these players by standing near them until their shields are gone.

Kill the adds through
their absorb shields.
Shrouded Venom adds spawn with a massive absorb shield.
They explode and create swirlies to dodge when they die.
Everyone
Heal off this absorb
as soon as possible.
Several players are debuffed with a DOT and massive healing absorb.
Swirlies spawn around this player until their absorb is healed off.
Everyone
Kill these adds a few seconds apart.
Burning Venom adds pulse raidwide damage while alive. They deal a hit of raidwide damage when they die.
After 1 minute, these adds become immune to crowd control and move 50% faster.
On Heroic, they also apply a raidwide DOT. This DOT stacks.

Move out of the raid
with the explosion debuff.
Marked players will explode for raidwide damage.
Damage is reduced by distance, so move far away.

dodge waves
Players are marked by a circle with crossing lines.
These players will explode and shoot waves in the marked directions.
Spread out and don't get hit.

Make sure a player
is in every soak.
A burst of raidwide damage that creates soak circles.
They explode for massive damage if no players soak them.
Permanent raidwide ticking damage. Damage increases with each Imbibe cast.
Tankbuster. Hit of damage followed by a DOT and 100% vulnerability debuff.
