This fight has one phase only.
An important debuff will be applied on players. You must spot heal to avoid heavy damage.
During the encounter some adds spawn. A mistress of Pain from Nether Portal and Infernals from Infernal Volcano.

During all the fight, you have to manage the adds while dealing with Jaraxxus' main abilities.
RANGE
SPREAD OUT TO AVOID
THE CHAIN LIGHTNING.
Jaraxxus casts a random targeted AoE, it can chain up to 5 players.
Range should stay spread to reduce avoidable damage.
EVERYONE
RUN AWAY WITH FIRE.
AVOID OTHER PLAYERS.
Spawn fire under a player, dealing massive damage. The fire follows the targeted player for a few seconds and drops fire patches under his path.
Run out of melee immediately and don't run towards other players.
HEALERS
SPOT HEAL AFFLICTED PLAYERS.
Healing absorb that reduces damage done by 50% for 15s.
It is cleared by healing through the debuff before the end of the timer.
If the debuff isn't removed on time, Burning Inferno deals damage to all players, probably leading to a wipe.
EVERYONE
FOCUS THE ADDS WHEN
THEY SPAWN. ON HEROIC,
KILL THE VOLCANOS FIRST.
Jaraxxus summons a Volcano which spawns Infernals. They charge to players and deal AoE damage around them.
They can be CCed.

ON HEROIC, DESTROY
THE PORTAL FIRST.
Jaraxxus summons a Nether Portal which deals damage within 10 yards and spawn a Mistress of Pain.
Mistress of Pain dashes to random player dealing a decent amount of damage.
When they are not dancing around, they should be tanked under the boss for cleave dps.
Throughout the fight Jaraxxus casts an interruptible spell. It deals direct damage and leave a dot on his current target. The debuff is dispellable.
The Infernal charges a random player, dealing direct damage and triggering AoE damage.
AoE damage triggered by the infernal's charge. Move out from the area !
Jaraxxus buffs himself, increasing his magic damage done by 20% per stack.
It has to be removed with a spellsteal or a purge otherwise.
The add charges a player and deals physical damage equal to a percentage of the target's max HP.
The Mistress of Pain buffs her next melee attack with a percing armor ability.
