Ji-Kun is a single-phase fight on a central platform with nests above and below.
Tanks manage Infected Talons and Talon Rake.
Assigned groups fly between nests using Daedalian Wings to kill Hatchlings and eggs, intercept Feed Young for Primal Nutriment, and prevent Juveniles from spawning
Players on the main platform handle Quills, Down Draft, Caw, and Feed Pools.

Ji-Kun stays on the main platform while nests activate on a timer above and below.
The raid splits between handling nests and staying on the boss, using flight to move between levels while dodging Quills, Down Draft, Caw, and Feed Pools.
USE FEATHERS
TO FLY TO PLATFORMS
Feathers dropped by slain Hatchlings grant Daedalian Wings.
Picking up a feather gives charges of Flight (an Extra Action Button ability) that allows the player to fly for a short time.
In Normal, feathers grant 4 charges, and you can only pick up feathers once per 2 minutes due to the Lesson of Icarus debuff.
IF FLYING
GRAB THE FEED
Ji-Kun spits globs of food toward the nests below or random locations on the main platform if no Hatchlings are alive.
If not intercepted in the air, they land as Feed Pools; if Hatchlings on nests eat the food for 10 seconds, they grow into stronger Fledglings.
Players currently flying can intercept food mid-air to gain Slimed and Primal Nutriment instead.
Primal Nutriment increases damage by 100% and healing by 30% for 30 seconds, and each additional stack increases this by 10%, up to a maximum of 200%.

A stacking Nature DoT effect applied to Ji-Kun’s current tank that lasts 10 seconds.
If Feed Young lands on the platform, it leaves a green pool.
Standing in a pool deals heavy Nature damage each second, and standing in it for 3 seconds absorbs the pool and applies Slimed.
It's not always necessary to clear the pools, and you should avoid combining pools with Down Draft damage.
Heavy Physical strike on Ji-Kun’s current tank that increases damage taken from future Talon Rakes by 50% for 1 minute.
This, combined with Infected Talons, requires the tanks to periodically swap.
After Down Draft, make sure to also get in the melee range of the boss ASAP to avoid melee DPS getting one-shot.
Debuff from intercepting food or absorbing Feed Pools that deals Nature damage over time.
Each application increases the damage of the next Slimed by, stacking for the rest of the fight.
This can be removed with immunities.
