There are two phases to Tsulong, Night and Day.
During the Night, players must do damage to Tsulong.
During the Day, players must heal Tsulong while managing the Sha minions trying to get to him.
In the Night, minions called The Dark of Night will spawn and travel towards the Sunbeam. If they reach, the Sunbeam will be extinguished.
In the Day, The Light of Day will spawn as an orb that can be used to buff healing done to the boss by a player for 6 seconds.

The raid must damage Tsulong until he reaches 100 energy. Managing Dread Shadows stacks by clearing them with the Sunbeam is the focus.

Minions of Sha appear around the battlefield and move towards to closest Sunbeam.
If any Dark of Night reaches a Sunbeam, it will vanish.
Actively do damage to these for safety.

MOVE FROM SWIRLY
A circle of AoE appears below random players, dealing massive Shadow damage and fearing for 8 seconds.
It's very important that when this mechanic is ready to happen that players don't run near the Sunbeam to prevent players currently trying to clear their stacks from being hit.
Tsulong fires a frontal cone breath that applies a debuff increasing Shadow damage taken by 100% for 30 seconds.
Tanks should swap on this breath to avoid gaining more than a single stack.
Tsulong summons a Sunbeam that can be used to clear stacks of Dread Shadows.
Use this carefully, as the longer players stand in the Sunbeam, the smaller it becomes.

HEAL BOSS
Orbs spawn around Tsulong periodically that can be interacted with by players to gain a healing buff.
Healers should take these orbs to gain 1500% increased healing done for 6 seconds and mana.
The increased healing done slowly decreases effectiveness throughout the duration, while the mana increases.
EVERYONE
KILL ADDS
Unstable Sha spawn around the edges of the room, moving towards Tsulong.
These need to be interrupted, CC'd, and killed to prevent casts of Unstable Bolt.
Unstable Bolt deals high Shadow damage to a random player at the cost of 15% of the Sha's max health.
If any Unstable Sha reach Tsulong, they will cast Instability and explode, dealing 12 million Shadow damage to him.
EVERYONE
KILL ADDS AND DISPEL FRIGHT
Five Fright Spawns appear when an Embodied Terror is killed.
They will begin casting Fright on players within 30 yards, which does high Shadow damage and applies a 2-second fear.
As soon as these spawn, they should be CC'd and focused down to prevent fears.
Any Fright debuffs that go through can be dispelled.
HEALERS
DISPEL TERRORIZE ON TSULONG
A stunnable minion of Sha that will cast Terrorize, the Terror must be focused and stunned to prevent healers from having to focus on healing the raid.
Terrorize is a debuff that lasts for 10 seconds on a player and Tsulong.
On players, the terror inflicts 50% of their current health over 10 seconds as Shadow damage every second.
On Tsulong, this is reduced to 5% of his total health as shadow damage every 2 seconds for 10 seconds.
These debuffs should be dispelled as soon as possible, especially on Tsulong.
HEALERS
STAND IN FRONTAL
Tsulong breathes out solar energy in a frontal cone, doing massive Nature damage to Sha within 60 yards and stunning them for 8 seconds.
Try to time this with the arrival of the Fright Spawn to avoid having to use CC.
Any players hit by the breath will receive the Bathed in Light debuff, increasing their healing by 500% for 6 seconds and restoring mana by 25%.
