The fight has 3 phases.
During the fight some mechanics lower your sanity. This is a new resource that you must keep above 0 to avoid being MC'd.
Each keeper if active gives you a permanent buff and has a special ability that will help you in the fight.
A zone restoring your sanity to full and reducing damage taken by 50% while standing in it.
Raid wide 10% damage done and 20% healing buff.
Reduces a random enemy add's attack speed by 100% and cast speed by 30% for 30 seconds.
Raid wide 10% damage done and 20% move speed buff.
A cheat death on a random player when a death would happen. Puts the player in an ice block for 10 seconds.
It takes time to recharge.
Raid Wide 10% damage done and 20% reduced damage taken.
An execute ability. Only this can kill the adds in P3.
Raid wide 10% damage done and 20% HP buff.

EVERYONE
DO NOT WALK INTO THE CLOUDS.
KILL ALL THE ADDS THAT SPAWN.
Every 20 seconds or so, or if a player hits a cloud, an add spawns that must be killed.
Your goal in this phase is to spawn 8 guardians which will be used to reduce Sara's Life. Be careful because the adds are fairly dangerous.

Adds explode in a 15 yards AoE upon death. Use this to reduce Sara's Life.
For the whole fight, each character has a sanity resource. If it reaches 0, they get Mind Controlled by the boss and inflicts 100% damage as well as gaining 300% HP.
Never get MC'ed. If anyone gets MC'ed, focus them down quickly.
A purgeable/dispellable MC on random players for 10 seconds.
An interruptible shadow bolt that also applies a 25% healing done debuff for 10 seconds.

Be careful when you have this debuff.

TAKE THE PORTAL WHEN THEY
SPAWN AND KILL ALL THE TENTACLES
THEN DPS THE BOSS. EXIT BEFORE
THE CAST ENDS OR YOU DIE.
You have 1 minute after the portal spawn to kill all the Influence Tentacle inside the world the portal lead you to, opening a way to Yogg-Saron's brain.
Inflict as much damage as you can to the brain, if you make it to 30%, you enter Phase 3.
At the end of the Induce Madness cast, any player still in the Brain Room is mind controlled. Take the portal before that to exit!
Zaps any player facing them, inflicting damage and removing 2% of their sanity every second.
A 1 minute cast that MCs any player left in the brain room at the end. Exit the room with a portal there before the cast ends.
Reflect 60% of the damage taken.

DODGE THE BEAMS
4 green beams coming out of Sara, inflicting deadly damage to anyone hit.
Don't stay near them.
Fears a random player for 4 seconds. Anyone in a 10 yards radius when the fear expires also get featured for 4s, propagating the fear once again upon expiration.
Fears also reduce sanity by 3%. Stay away from feared players.
Blast a random target and reduce their sanity by 12%.
For 9 seconds, two random players get linked. If they are more than 20 yards apart, they lose sanity quickly and take damage.
Stay close to each other.
Green beam coming out of Sara, inflicting deadly damage to anyone hit.
They fixate and follow a random player.
When these tentacles don't have a target in melee, they reduce damage of the whole raid by 20%.
Any melee attack interrupts this channel.
Frontal attack that inflicts damage.
Gains attack speed and damage done every time it's hit.
Don't do anything about it. Yet, the add will eventually hit harder.
Grabs a random player and don't release them until they are free.
Spot heal quickly and make sure all the DPS available is funneled to that tentacle.
Players affected can still attack and cast spells. Using Immunities will free you and the tentacle will despawn.
A dispellable poison inflicting damage and draining mana.
A dispellable disease that applies a 2s stun randomly to the affected player.
A dispellable Magic debuff that reduces 60% haste and movement for 20 seconds.
A dispellable curse that inflicts heavy damage after 12 seconds.

THIS ABILITY, LOOK AWAY OR YOU
WILL LOOSE A LOT OF SANITY.
Cast every 12 seconds. While the channel is active, all players must look away from the boss, or they will lose 4% sanity every second and take damage.
Several adds gets buffed. For 20 seconds, it will heal itself and all the 20 yards nearby adds.
Buff will always focus the adds with the lowest health.
Immortal Guardian will try to recover his health. It has to be interrupted.
You can assign your Tank to deal with this.
The higher in health an add is, the more damage it deals. Adds spawn with 9 stacks and will drop 1 stack every 10% of his health removed.
You might want to use defensives when a new add joins the fight since it will hit harder for a while.
